Applications are accepted annually from:
November 1st – November 30th
Applications submitted outside this period may not be processed due to the high volume of applications.
Before You Apply
To make the process smooth and quick, please gather the following documents before submitting:
? Driver’s License or Government ID
? Birth Certificates for all children applying
? Completed application form
Please make copies of all required documents and include them with your application.
How to Apply
Step 1 — Pick Up an Application
Holly Address:
8393 E Holly Rd. Holly, MI 48442
Offices on the north side of the warehouse. Office open M-F 10am-4pm.
Lake Orion Address:
3920 S Baldwin Rd. Orion, MI 48359
Office hours vary please call before showing up.
Step 2 — Complete Your Application
Fill out all sections completely. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Step 3 — Submit Your Documents
Return your completed application and required copies (Drivers License and Children's Birth Certificates) using one of our secure drop boxes at the location you will pick your toys up from.
Applications and documents may be dropped off 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
